Briefing for 360° Photo Shoots
Briefing. To ensure a 360-degree photo shoot runs as smoothly as possible, the person responsible on site can make the following preparations, among others.
Define Areas
Define the areas to be photographed. For example:
– Outdoor area / entrance
– Room 1
– Office 1
– Terrace, etc.
Conduct Walkthrough
Walk through the desired tour in advance and look around. Everything you can see from approximately 1.65 meters height will be visible on the 360° tour. This includes the ceiling and the floor.
Create a Schedule
Create an approximate schedule for when each room will be ready and prepared for the shoots. For each room up to 150m2, the photographer requires between 10 to 30 minutes for the shoots. The order of the shoots does not matter.
Prepare Areas
The 360° photos show the area in a realistic, all-around view. Ensure that no items are left around that you do not wish to appear in the photos. If you procure extra decorative materials (flowers, fruit bowls, etc.), these can be used for various rooms. Thus, the same bouquet can be placed at the reception as well as in another room.
Lights, Advertising, Screens
All lights should be on. If you have candles, they should be lit.
Advertising posters, brochures, flags, etc. should be placed in the usual and desired locations.
Screens can be “black” or, even better, display your logo or website.
Personality and Data Protection
If individuals are depicted in the images, their faces will be blurred (pixelated) afterwards; the same applies to car license plates. At the express request of the client, we can refrain from blurring faces.
