If you are the owner of a MyBusiness listing – new Google Profile – but no longer have the login details, you still have one ultimate option.
1. Open the MyBusiness – new Google Profile – page: www.google.com/business/
2. Register the business as “new”
3. Now click the business that has already been created. A message will then appear stating that the business has already been verified by an owner. Using the “Request ownership” link, you can now request new login details.
