We were commissioned by the Bethesda Hospital Basel to implement a virtual 360-degree tour for the maternity ward.

A physical tour is not possible for hygienic reasons and to protect mother and child. The virtual tour bridges this gap. Expectant parents receive a realistic impression of the delivery rooms and postpartum rooms without having to be there in person.

The tour is integrated in two ways. It can be accessed directly via the hospital website and is used with VR goggles at information events for pregnant women at the hospital. This creates an immersive experience with high spatial orientation and emotional proximity.

The project is completed. Link to the tour

The feedback from the hospital and expectant parents has been consistently positive. The tour is perceived as a modern and innovative tool and conveys an authentic image of the maternity ward at Bethesda Hospital.

Virtual 360-degree tours provide insights where real visits are not feasible. Especially in the sensitive hospital environment, this offers clear added value for information, trust, and managing expectations.
